BRADENTON CURSE FINALLY BROKEN
Bartlett, IL - Since I have raced with the PRO/NMCA group; Bradenton has not brought me luck. For 2 years I have been knocked out in the 2nd round of eliminations. That curse has finally been broken! This year I grabbed the #1 qualifier position with an 8.18 and managed to set the record. In the final round, I started to spin about the 330 foot mark and got out of the groove, Cameron Coble went right around me and I just couldn’t catch him. I did finish with a 8.32/168 mph to Cameron’s 8.22/170 mph. Now, I did lose to Cameron in the final round, but that doesn’t bother me. The fact is this team is off to a great start and that is what matters.
See you all in Columbus !
